I'm a post-doctoral research fellow on the CVD T32 in the Department of Epidemiology at Harvard School of Public Health. My primary research interests include environmentally sustainable nutrition, climate change adaptation, and cardiovascular risk factors. My post-doctoral work aims to use my background in epidemiology to investigate the connections between food, climate, and CVD risk, using implementation science to translate knowledge into action. My work is focused on addressing the systems and policies to support access to and consumption of foods and eating patterns that are dually beneficial for cardiovascular and planetary health, building on my dissertation research. This site is devoted to all the things I find interesting.Â
